No, Safe Harbour provides standardised intervention services to all our beneficiaries on the basis of an in-depth needs assessment for the child, family and community completed at the time of admission. For sustainable, long-term change to be seen for the child, it is imperative that the life-cycle of the larger project the beneficiary is a part of is funded, as opposed to adhoc support for individual beneficiaries.
